摘要

Gully region of Loess Plateau is one of the subtype regionsrnand natural geographical units in Loess Plateau. Since thernimplementation of new countryside construction in 2005, thisrnregion has developed amazingly. Based on the results of fieldrninvestigation, this research firstly classified the differentrncourtyard types of the newly built vernacular dwellings in therngully region of Loess Plateau. Secondly, it detailed analysis therncharacteristics of these different type courtyards. Thirdly, doingrnthe light environment and wind environment analysis for eachrncourtyard in the different vernacular dwellings. This paper alsornlays the foundation for the future ecological design research onrnthe residential building of vernacular dwellings.
