摘要

We have developed a passive splitter (PSPL) with four fan-outs for ballistic signal distribution in single-flux-quantum (SFQ) circuits. For splitting signals, we increased driving capacity of junctions keeping impedance matching, and optimized circuit parameters of the PSPL. We experimentally confirmed high-speed distribution up to 50 Gb/s with wide enough bias margins of about ±20% for practical designs. We also confirmed that both the delay and occupying area of the splitter were drastically reduced to half by introducing the PSPL. These results mean that much higher performance and denser integration of SFQ circuits are possible.
