For a nonlinear dynamical system u_t = K[u; x,t], x,t ∈ R, on a functional manifold M ∈ u to be Lax type integrable a notion of the parametric integrability is studied within the Prikarpatsky's gradient holonomic algorithm. This procedure allows one to find both an associated infinite hierarchy of conservation laws together with some compatible implectic pair of noetherian operators, and the unknown Lax type representation.
