This book has targeted students who have probability or statistics as part of their course even at the most introductory level. The author states that the object of this book is to tell you about work that has been done in the twentieth century about uncertainty -statements whereby you do not know whether they are true or false. Therefore this book is also meant for the layman, for you, for everyone, because all of us are surrounded by uncertainty.
