The Dormeletto location produced the heaviest damage; at Wuppertal it was just a bit better. Miami follows in the third place of the ranking list of losses, whereas Ebnit ended up in the fourth place. If one were to attribute these different degrees of tensile, elongation, and tear losses to mere sunshine influences, the sun would have had to shine during the test period at Wuppertal for at least as many hours as at Miami. Such a conclusion would be very audacious, and it would be impossible ei- ther to explain the Wuppertal effects by an abnormally sunny summer be- cause our tests were run for 10 years.
