摘要

The pseudo-binary NdBa_2Cu_3O_x-Ba_3Cu_10O_13 phase diagrams and the crystallization of NbBa_2Cu_3O_x have been in stud observed using high-temeprautre opticla microscope under three different xogyen atomospheres namely 1/100, 0.1/100 and 0.0097/100 oxygen in argeon. It khas been observed that the liquidus line becomes narroiwer both in compostion and temperautre with decreasing oxygen pressure. This result suggested that under reduced oxygen atmoshepre, the NbBa_2Cu_3O_x crystals could only be gown from a peritectic melt consisting of Nd_4Ba_2Cu_2O_10 and liquid. The crystallizaiotn temeprautre of NbBa_2Cu_3O_x was found to decrease logarithmically with decreasing oxygenj content in the atmosphere.
