摘要

Model reference adaptive control brings various practical benefits to general aviation aircraft. In addition to being a control system conducive to an easier workload on pilots, it adds an additional layer of redundancy in scenarios where uncertainties arise, or where part of an aircraft system has failed. In enhancing the capability of the model reference adaptive control (MRAC) in handling unexpected uncertainties in the form of sensor-induced noise and atmospheric turbulence, a Kalman filter was designed and implemented within the existing three-degree-of-freedom MRAC framework developed at Wichita State University.
