ANIMPORTANT problemin astronautics is to transfer a satellitenbetween elliptic orbits, which has been widely studied bymanynresearchers in both the impulsive case and the continuous low-thrustncase [1,2]. Recently,much attention has been focused on the compu-ntation of the optimal trajectory for the case of the low-thrust orbitalntransfer, which can be performed by minimizing the cost of the finalntime or the fuel-consumption under some additional constraintsn[2–8].
