摘要

According to the characters of Anti-torpedo Torpedo Weapon System (ATTWS), the effectiveness evaluation system of ATTWS is established, and then a method based on the cloud model is proposed to achieve the effectiveness evaluation for ATTWS. In this method, each attribute is analyzed with the cloud model and a unique normalization function, and the state of ATTWS is represented by the weight deviation interval which is also used to evaluate the effectiveness for ATTWS. The analysis for the result of an evaluation example shows that this method is feasible and effective, and well solves the problems during the progress of the effectiveness evaluation for ATTWS.
