摘要

At a July 25, 2018 summit in Finland, Russian Fresident Vladimir Putin gave President Donald Trump an Adidas "smart" soccer hall. President Trump smiled, accepted the ball, and posed for several photographs holding the gift, before throwing it to an aide in the audience. Several observers, however, immediately raised security and privacy concerns related to the ball, arguing it could potentially be used in a cyberattack or to spy on the president or United States. U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) tweeted, "|І]t it were me, I'd check the soccer ball for listening devices and never allow it in the White House.
