摘要

The magneto-impedance (MI) effect in amorphous and current annealed Fe_73.5 Cu_1Nb_3Si_13.5B_9 wires has been measured to investigate the influence of DC annealing, high- Current-density electropulsing annealing and tensile stress applied during annealing process. The results showed that the MI of DC annealed sample exhibits as sharp maximum. The Max- Imum MI ratio of 60/100 was observed in the sample of high-current-density electropulsing an- Nealed under applied tensile stress.
