摘要

Information literacy instruction for evidence-based practice inhealth sciences education often centers around literaturereview assignments in research courses. Librarians may havelimited opportunities to teach in clinical courses where evidence-based practice is centered around on-the-job clinicalpractice. Tools like LibWizard allow librarians to create asynchronoustutorials that center around information literacy forclinical scenarios and include hands-on practice and real-timefeedback. In this paper, the author, a health sciences librarian,summarizes the development, implementation, and assessmentof a self-paced, interactive information literacy tutorialto support evidence-based practice in two clinical courses inan online graduate nursing program.
