Microwave ceramic materials with a composition of Ba_(2-x)(Li_(0.5)La_(0.5))_(x)Ti_(9)O_(20) + 0.4 wt(percent) B_(2)O_(3) Ba_(2)Ti_(9-x)(La_(0.5)Ta_(0.5))_(x)O_(20) + 0.4 wt(percent) B_(2)O_(3) were synthesized and the optimum conditions for obtaining them were determined. The most important microwave properties were studied: permittivity ((epsilon)_(r)), quality factor Q X f and temperature coefficient of the resonance frequency ((tau)_(f)) at a frequency of 7-10 GHz. It was established that the partial substitutions of Ba~(2+)c (Li_(0.5)La_(0.5))~(2+) and Ti~(4+) c (La_(0.5)Ta_(0.5))~(4+) does not change (epsilon)_(r) and (tau)_(f) but result in the Q X f improvement to 50,000-60,000 GHz where x velence 0.05, with the maximum calcinations temperatures respectively, while in the case of unsubstituted Ba_(2)Ti_(9)O_(20) Q X f reaches 30,000-32,000 GHz.
