Analysis of some classes of applied problems with fast or slow variables, for example, the problem of nerve impulse propagation (see [1, p. 212]), leads to the study of the so-called singularly perturbed quasi-linear problems of the form εx = A(t,ε)x + εf(x,t), x(0εe) = x~0, x∈C~n, f(0,t) = 0 (1) (in the general case, regular perturbations can also appear), where the matrix series A(t,ε)Σ_(k-ε)~∞A_k(tε~k,absolutely and uniformly converges in some norm as A(t,ε)|ε| < 1 and t > 0.
