摘要

The purpose of this research study is to develop food-water sanitation and waste handing, educate the local communities on the issues and develop the issues for tourism. In-depth interviews, observation, focus-group discussions, participatory action research and mind - mapping. The specific selection of the areas being studied are Phathong, and Phatuchai communities. Triangulation method, content analysis, and induction analysis. This area has cultural tourist resource. The significant problems are lack of proper knowledge and behavior on food-water sanitation or environment. The research found that the local communities in this study have better understanding and handing about food-water sanitation. Food-water sanitation has been developed more than waste management. The target group learned together on food-water sanitation and waste management that lead to increase the development of food-water sanitation which can be use for tourism. They plan to improve their identity cultural activities and environment for tourism.
