摘要

The research aimed to study contexts and situations related to health, analyze health problems, operations of knowledge and behavior which corresponded to the health of Thai Buddhists and Muslims in Pratoochai and Patong communities of Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The research method was based on a community thinking framework as a strategy to healthcare which followed the Ministry of Public Health s health scheme. Participatory practical research starting from familiarization, learning exchange, mutual understanding, planning, activity implementation, feedback, and cooperative result. The research tools were community survey following the walking map, interviews of 58 families to analyze the community contexts, data analysis from health records of Medical Practitioner Center, health check, stage arrangement, interviews of people who joined exercise activity both before and after providing the knowledge and the behavior adjustment. During the project there were meetings for learning exchanges, exercises, and continually educational visits throughout the project implementation.
