One year ago, I wrote my first editorial as the Editor of JPIM. This first year has been stimulating, educational, enjoyable, and demanding (SEED), all at the same time. In the paragraphs below, I expand on these notions. Being editor is stimulating as one reads so much that you can't help but be inspired by new ideas for your current and9/or future research projects. The only downside to being so motivated is finding the time to develop and pursue all the research ideas one generates. I am also energized by the position itself and the desire to continue to build the reputation and prominence of JPIM in the academic and practitioner innovation communities.
