摘要

Oenothera biennis oils can be extracted from seeds using usual organic solvents or by applying the modern method of extraction based on supercritical carbon dioxide as the solvent. The solubility of oil in supercritical carbon dioxide depends on the temperature and pressure conditions of the extraction, i.e., on the density of the carbon dioxide. The fatty acids content of the extracted oils was analyzed after hydrolysis of the oil and the preparation of their methyl esters using conventional procedures.
