Inflatable space structures have received wide attention and are applied in several structural designs of aerospace spacecrafts, including inflatable reflectors [1 ], solar sails, inflatable wings [2], etc. Inflated booms are major load-carrying components of inflatable space structures. Such thin-walled structures are easily wrinkled and collapse rapidly due to wrinkling evolution. The wrinkling issues in inflated booms have become an increasingly hot topic in recent years.
