Command Decision Simulation (CDS) is an important and difficult issue in the field of simulation. Research on CDS can give support to all kinds of simulation. The thesis studies the practical use of Agent based on technique method in CDS. According to the emphasis on simulation function based on Agent technique method, the essay puts forward the system structure vision of CDS entity and focuses on command decision Agent operation modeling method based on action radix, and also deigns smart algorithm of command decision Agent based on action radix.
