The paper deals with preliminary theoretical consideration concerning the effect of Rayleigh's acoustic surface waves with this macromolecular layers of phthalocyanine compounds. One should dis- tinguish the mass and electrical effects. In the case of layer interaction with a high electron affinity particles, propagation of the wave is additionally disturbed, making it possible to detect minute quanti- ties of such gas molecules in the surrounding atmosphere.
