The RASC is now into its third year of governance under a new structure that includes a Board of Directors. In this article I will look at this new governance structure and how it serves RASC members. Prior to the changeover at the 2013 General Assembly at Thunder Bay, the RASC was governed by a National Council consisting of representatives from RASC Centres, and between its infrequent meetings, by an executive consisting of a president, two vice-presidents, a secretary, and a treasurer.
