摘要

The paper has analyzed relationships between lengths of covalent and hydrogen bonds and characteristic distances between oxygen atoms in water and ice, and also density of water and its isobaric and isothermal compressibility on temperature and pressure. It is shown that regularities of changes in properties of water are determined by the features of covalent and hydrogen bonds and electrostatic repulsion between oxygen atoms.
