摘要

ZnO colloidal nanoparticles were synthesis by chemical reaction process, where narrow particles size distribution can be obtained following the microemulsion process. The size of ZnO nanoclusters can be controlled in the range of 70nm to 650nm. By using natural sedimentation, a self-assembled 3D FCC periodic structure with homogeneity over 50x50μm~2 area can be formed, which is also promisingly performed with about five times decrease of the 380nm UV lasing threshold.
