摘要

XRD and microstructural analyses showed that CaTiO - 3 forms substitutional solid solutions with REAlO_3 and REGaO_3 (RE = La, Nd, Sm). With an increase in the concentration of REAlO_2 and REGaO_3 the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf) and the relative Permittivity (ε_T) decreased while the quality factor (Qxf) increased. The large positive τf of CaTiO_3 Was completely compensated with an equimolar substitution of 30-35 mol /100 of Ca~2+ and Ti~4+.
