Mr. Svačina, you have been introduced into the Hall of Fame of Czech Brewing and Malting. How do you feel about this award? I really appreciate this award very much but I also take it as the appreciation of work of my colleagues who participate in creation of new malting varieties of spring barley. I am very glad that the Czech Association of Breweries and Malt Houses appreciated our breeding effort in the development of spring barley varieties with quality suitable for the production of beer with the protected geographical indication "Czech Beer".
