The purpose of this paper is to study the characteristics of physical distribution system by truck drivers for goods in urban areas. The influence-factors of the type of delivery & collection system and the choice of parking places can be found. Discrimination models for the collection & delivery system and the choice of parking places are also established, applying the quantification theory II. Then some measures for the improvement of physical distribution system in urban area are discussed.
