1. With its major customer, the U.S., ending procurement, the PSS-14 has moved into a sustainment phase. 2. The PSS-14 is very expensive for a handheld mine detector; however, some international demand from the demining market is expected. 3. Although procurement has ended, the U.S. will continue to fund PSS-14 RDT&E and O&M to sustain the systems and enable the advancements developed under RDT&E.
