摘要

La société Engitec Impianti SpA a développé un nouveau procédé électrochimique pour le traitement des poussières de four électrique contenant du zinc. Le traitement hydrométallurgique a été étudié en laboratoire et testé dans une installation pilote. Les étapes du procédé et les réactions mises en jeu sont décrites. Les caractéristiques de l'installation et ses conditions d'exploitation sont présentées. Le projet a débouché sur une réalisation industrielle.%The company Engitec Impianti SpA has developed a new electrochemical technology for the treatment of zinc containing EAF flue dust. A hydrometallurgical concept has been studied in the laboratory and tested in a pilot plant. The treatment stages and the reactions involved are described. The different sections of the pilot plant and the production optimization trials are presented. These trials have allowed to build an industrial unit.
