摘要

Sulfuric acid is exceedingly corrosive to all but a few materials. It is also explosive in its gaseous state and toxic to anything with lungs. It is also your battery's life blood and an absolute necessity (for now) in producing electrical energy for your aircraft. But containment of this devilish brew can be difficult if not downright dangerous. We are speaking here of traditional flooded cells. Whichever type of battery you have be sure to read the ICAs/main-tenance manual that came with it or are on the respective maker's Web site.
