This is the question I have been posing to my current and past students for a number of years now. It seems the answer is predominantly "Yes of course!". Even within the general industry, 'We' have been totally seduced by the all conquering LED. Who remembers the Sulphur lamp, the Induction lamp, the Plasma lamp, the Cosmopolis lamp and, of late, the OLED and the Laser LED which were all to revolutionise the industry upon their introduction.
