Sony has launched an entirely new HandyCam range consisting of 19 new models. There are six new HD camcorders, offering features such as full 1,920 x 1,080 resolution (the highest of the various HD formats), and up to 15× zoom. They also include the 'face detection' technology previously found only in still cameras, which can home in on faces within a scene and automatically adjust focus and other settings for you.
