For years my favorite outliner has been OmniOutliner Pro. Version 4 provides a welcome interface refresh and tweaks to make working with outlines simpler. The interface is cleaner and easier to use. One great new feature is the ability to zoom in or out on your outline. Creating outlines is faster with the new Resource Browser, which contains more than a dozen templates. You can save your own outlines as templates, too, and you can add the styles from a template (its theme) to your outlines.
