No matter how proficient you are with OS X and the apps that run on it, you'll occasionally need a helping hand. Included with OS X, Help is available as the rightmost menu in every app. You can also press □--/to jump to it. For starters, OS X's Help lets you dig through menus and submenus quickly. Type label in the field, for example, and at the top of the results you'll see the various items in Finder menus containing the word label. Hover over one of these entries, and the menu item will display with a big blue arrow (see "Menu Navigator").
