Whenever I've called Apple's tech support, I've alwaysrnfound the people at the other end of the line efficientrnand courteous. Apparently, I'm not the only one whornfeels that way.rnIn a recent Consumer Reports survey focusing on fourrnaspects of customer service for computers-problem solved, phone wait time, and the quality of phone and online support staffs-Consumer Reports subscribers gave Apple the highest marks among the top computer vendors for both laptop and desktop tech support. Apple was the only company to earn top scores in all four categories.
