Join A&WMA's Committee for the Professional Development of Women workshop and luncheon for an interactive session led by Sonja Neiger, Director of the Women's Leadership Institute for the Impact Center. Attendees will learn about the pay gap for women and explore what holds many women back from addressing pay inequities in the workplace. Attendees will also have an opportunity to assess the value of their skills in the marketplace and develop strategies to close the gender gap, whether they're looking for equity in their current role, positioning themselves for a promotion, or considering a job offer. The goal of this pragmatic workshop is to provide useful tools and confidence, empowering the attendees to achieve equity in the workplace.
