The textile mills along with the garment industry are bullish about the supplement measures announced in the foreign trade policy by commerce Minister. Southern India Mills' Association (SIMA) chairman believes that the reinstatement of TUF benefit for the zero duty EPCG scheme beneficiaries combined with the extension of 2% interest subvention credit up to March next year and inclusion of made-ups for the benefit will greatly help the industry to remain competitive in the global market.
