Technical Textiles is said to be as old as traditional textiles dating back to several thousand years, yet has not registered phenomenal growth and is still considered to be at infantile stage. In general all over the world such awareness of using technical textiles in areas whose function and performance specifications is of paramount importance, e.g., filtration fabrics, garment interlinings etc., Now, it is the time to have a view on Technical Textiles to convert existing challenges into opportunities for a sustained bright future.
