The Econometrics Journal was established in 1998 by the RES with the aim of creating a top international field journal for the publication of econometric research. The Econometrics Journal is committed to publishing papers of high quality, originality anc relevance in macro-, micro- and financial econometrics. The Econometrics Journal is a general journal open without bias to areas of econometric research, whether applied, computational methodological or theoretical contributions. As a journal of the RES, The Econometrics Journal seeks to promote the general advancement and application of econometric methods and techniques to problems of relevance to modern economics.
