摘要

Cobaltporphyrins having three-branched dendrimer side-chains with various end-groups [CoP (3br-nG-X), see footnote in the text] were synthesized and the oxigen (O_2)-sensing ability of electrode systems modified with the Cobaltporphyrins synthesized was evaluated by physicochemical methods. These cobalporphyrins were found to act" as an electrode systems exhibited a good O_2-sensing ability. Thus, the current density of O_2 reduction increased linearly with the concentration of dissolved O_2 (DO) and the stability was better than that of the cobaltporphyrin monomer-modified electrode system. The three-branched dendrimer compounds showed a noticeable two-electron O_2-reduction ability and a good O_2-sensing ability at generations younger than those for the two-branched dendrimer compounds. These experimental findings suggest a high potential of the modified electrode systems as O_2 sensor.
