摘要

The microstructures and microwave dielectric properties of a novel temperature compensated composite ceramics (1 - x)(Na_(0.5)La_(0.5))TiO_3 + xCeO_2 added with 1 wt.% CuO were investigated. Dense and mixed phase samples were produced in the range of 0.1 ≤ x ≤ 0.9. As x value increased the unloaded quality factor increased nonlinearly while the dielectric constant steadily decreased almost linearly by compensation effect. The temperature coefficient of resonant frequencies was remarkably reduced with the increase of CeO_2 and the compensated τ_f value was obtained in 0.1(Na_(0.5)La_(0.5))TiO_3 +0.9CeO_2 + 1 wt.% CuO ceramic with the Q_f and ε_r being 8240 GHz and 32.0, respectively.
