Industrial roll-to-roll sublimation transfer is produced on the rotary heat press from East-sign International Ltd., Hong Kong. The machine features a chromium coated oil drum and aligns material and felt automatically. It can detect temperature on the surface and thus control temperature precisely with a controllable silicon solid state relay. Blanket coverage of at least 80% is provided and blanket tension is controlled by a piston. Fabric, transfer paper and tissue paper tension are controlled by compressed air.
