The already available 2-for-1 twisting machine TechnoCorder TC2 from Saurer Allma, Kempten/Germany, has now been extended by a further spindle gauge. The larger gauge of 830 mm enormously widens the titer flexibility and allows for a yarn count range from 235 to 33,000 dtex. The machine is universally applicable for twisting industrial yarns. PA, PET, AR, CV and PP are just some examples of the material variety in this sector. Flexibility is the main feature of the TechnoCorder TC2. The autarkic spindle technology enables each spindle to be set individually and setting of the separate spindle drives is carried out via the IPC at the control cabinet. New hybrid constructions are possible with the FlexiPly unit. Innovative hybrid yarns are applied in technical textiles and make way for new yarn characteristics. The hybrid yarns, until now twisted on ring twisting machines, can be more economically produced on the state-of-the-art TechnoCorder TC2. Particularly compact high quality twist packages are produced with the new winding unit. With a delivery speed of max. 450 m/ min, the TechnoCorder TC2 is a very fast twisting machine. The ergonomic design of the new section frame offers a high level of operating convenience.
