Some Arab officials received warnings from several high ranking figures in western countries, that a serious war is very likely in the Middle East. They refrained from specifying certain dates, but assured that a future war shall be wider, fiercer and more dangerous than the war in the summer of 2006. European diplomatic sources in Paris, well informed about Arab-International communications, confirmed the above warning, which coincided with the issue of two important reports, one international and the other American, both of them focusing on the elevating possibilities of a Lebanese - Israeli war with regional aspects and impacts.
