Two major cheese retailers have signed up to support the International Cheese Awards, this year being held on 27 and 28 July in Nantwich, Cheshire.Waitrose and Asda join an impressive rollcall of sponsors for the 113-year old event, which in 2009 attracted 2,760 entries across 160 classes. Other returning sponsors include Avilton Foods, Bradbury & Son, Cathedral City, The Co-operative Food, Tesco, Wyke Farms, Fayrefield Foods and First Milk.
