There are three drivers for labelling changes which are coming together. Two of these are new European Regulations, and the third is the Coalition Government's announced intention to provide consumers with more information on the origin of the foods they are purchasing. Taken together, it would be unwise to overstock on any food label until the requirements become clearer.
