Amajor reorganisation of the ways in which the Welsh Assembly delivers its ices to the public is under way -and if all goes well, the dairy industry in Wales is set to see many improvements. From April a number of key agencies, including the Welsh Development Agency (WDA) and the Welsh Tourist Board, as well as some other service delivery agencies, will be brought under a single umbrella, reporting directly to Norma Barry, who heads up the assembly's market development division. And Mrs Barry is passionate about the potential that these changes have to deliver improvements across all food sectors, particularly in the dairy sector.
