It shares the twin-turbo V-6 that recently debuted in the new CTS Vsport, tuned to deliver more than the Vsport's 420 hp, and will be available with a seven-speed stickshift. But wait, there's more. Sources say an even hotter version of the ATS-V is under consideration, rumored to appear in 2017, and said to have a V-8 underhood. That oughta get AMG's attention...Versions of the next-gen Mercedes C-Class are already testing in the U.S., and in addition to sheetmetal and interior changes, there will be new engines.
