I've had it with all the hoopla surrounding the smart fortwo. I don't give a damn how many mpg it gets (not enough, considering how small it is). I'm waiting to see one go bouncing down the highway like a golf ball after losing a battle with a gust of wind. The other day I saw a clown refusing to get into one-something about dignity. The other disaster I'm waiting for is the first hydrogen-powered car explosion. Isn't anyone curious as to why, in industrial uses of compressed hydrogen, the stuff is kept in a separate building, typically behind concrete walls?
