What's in a name? Plenty, it would seem, especially when addressing Army staffing. Prior to 1974, the National Guard Bureau and the Office of the Chief of the Army Reserve came under an Army deputy chief of staff for reserve components.When Gen. Creighton Abrams reorganized the Army staff, he eliminated that position. The Army Guard and Reserve positions on their respective staffs were then elevated to full members of the Army staff.

Exchange Rate Pass-Through in Transition Economies: The Case of the Republic of Macedonia Abstract: This paper investigates the relative costs and benefits associated with introducing a different exchange rate regime in the Republic of Macedonia.
